Anxiety and big emotions can feel especially loud in the quiet hours after baby arrives. Our Anxiety & Mood Support is designed to give you a steady, nonjudgmental place to land, so you do not have to sort through everything alone.

We begin by simply listening. During our time together, you can talk openly about birth, sleep deprivation, worries, or the gap between what you expected and what this season actually feels like. Drawing on training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, we normalize what is common, gently flag what might need extra attention, and help you feel less alone in whatever you are carrying.

Through postpartum emotional counseling-style conversations, we explore what helps you feel grounded-small routines, support systems, and language you can use with loved ones when you need help. If you are feeling unsure of yourself as a parent, we offer practical, confidence-building guidance: reading your baby's cues, making feeding decisions that work for your family, and finding ways to share the load with a partner.

Rather than handing you a list of things to "fix," we focus on tiny, realistic steps that make your days and nights feel more manageable. That might look like talking through a tough evening pattern, planning a rest window that actually happens, or practicing how to respond when intrusive thoughts pop up.

When needed, we can also help you prepare questions for your provider or connect you with additional resources, so you feel supported from all sides. Our goal is simple: to offer calm, consistent emotional support while you get to know your baby-and yourself-in this new chapter, and to remind you that needing help is a sign of wisdom, not weakness.
